Katie’s Essentials was created by myself, Katie, I am a 22 year old yogi. I am passionate about all things unique, natural and vibrant. Katie’s Essentials doesn’t stop at skincare or at nutritional health – I am a qualified Yoga, Pilates and soon to be Meditation practitioner and aim to build an empire to reshape individuals and their impact on communities and hopefully our planet.
Sustainable living is no longer a dream but a necessity to future generations and that begins with education, accessibility and inspiration. This is what I aim to give.
