LAVENDER BATH SALT
Fill your bath with warm water, make a pot of tea, grab your book or music, light a candle and pour half the salts into the bath. Relax into the bath covering your whole body in the water and let me take care of the rest. Stay in the bath for at least 15-20 minutes, the longer the better.
My salts are packed with Magnesium and Sulfate which are both easily absorbed through the skin for muscle relaxation and recovery.
